A job or task I dislike for sure is running a register at my job. I am a pharmacy technician and I love my job for sure but the number one thing I hate about my job is running a register. The reason why I hate running the register because of some of the people that come to pick up there medicine just seem like they are just so pissed off for no apparent reason. You will ask "He, how are you doing today?" and they will just look at you with this stare that could kill your soul. Another reason why I dislike running a register at my job is because when I was first hired I had no idea how to run a register at all and I was stuck with doing the task while there were 15 people in line waiting and it stressed me out bad but now I know how to operate it better than when I was first hired now. Really the overall reason is the amount of customers you see that are just rude, pissed, blah, or whatever for no apparent reason.
Dear Ray at 15 years old, do not worry about what everybody thinks because no matter what they say or do it will not matter because when your done with high school you will never see half of them again anyways and you'll meet better people in your life and strengthen bonds with the people that actually cared. Another word of advice, focus more on college and your life after high school because college is expensive and if you get the right ACT scores and what not then you'll be good to go to get a scholarship to help pay for college tuition. and finally, do not get so down about your weight because later in life you will meet your target weight goal and you will have peers left and right guiding you along the way. Just overall do not worry about to many things at once in life because you still have a whole life ahead of you and things will get better.
The holiday that has the most memories to me would probably be Thanksgiving. The reason why I say Thanksgiving is well first of because of the food that is prepared that day because there is copious amounts of it and it is so delicious. The second reason is mainly because every Thanksgiving my mom would have to work and we would always have to celebrate it early like around lunch time or wait some time in the evening. I would always feel bad for her to because it was a retail job and it was the day before Black Friday deals started and while she was at work everybody else was off. That brings me to my third reason of why I remember Thanksgiving so much is because Black Friday officially starts the night of Thanksgiving. Use to Black Friday was decent to go to and not as crazy but I never really went for the crazy deals or anything like that but this past Black Friday even it was pure chaos. People were fighting over certain items, people were knocking people around to just score a deal, or simply no one knows how to push a buggy. This woman rammed into my ankle with a buggy and then looks at me like I was the idiot, Black Friday has become just chaos. Besides Black Friday being a horrendous event, overall I enjoy Thanksgiving a lot with my family and its the holiday that sticks out to me with the most memories.
If I had to pick my all time favorite movie it would probably have to be The Lord of The Rings: The Return of The King. The reason why I pick that as my overall favorite because I love the universe so much and Peter Jackson just brings Tolkien's world to live and to see the accumulation of everything that basically started in The Hobbit come to life. My favorite scene over all is The Rush of Pelennor Fields. The cinematography, thrills, and seeing the men ( and one hobbit and a woman) of Rohan just gallop steadfast on there horses into the orcs was just pure epic. I could go on and on about how much I love this movie but it would take probably a ten page essay to fully describe it all. Overall, the trilogy it self is amazing but the last film will always be my favorite.
